[tech]Not a JPEG file: starts with 0x89 0x50

在使用Ubuntu 開啟圖片時跳出了一個警示訊息， Not a JPEG file: starts with 0x89 0x50

原來是在 starts with 0x89 0x50 的檔案其實是PNG檔，

把附檔名改成PNG後，就可以正常開啟了。
