[ubuntu] gcin 的詞庫編輯 無法使用 libcurl.so.4: version `CURL_OPENSSL_3' not found (required by ts-edit)

在新加詞庫時，發現 詞庫編輯無法是用，
後來發現，原來是 libcurl.so.4: version `CURL_OPENSSL_3' not found 的問題

ts-edit: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libcurl.so.4: version `CURL_OPENSSL_3' not found (required by ts-edit)

sudo apt-get install libcurl3

Ubuntu的版本是
