[tech_note] crontab: "/usr/bin/vi" exited with status 1

在 mac 上想增加 crontable 卻發生  crontab: "/usr/bin/vi" exited with status 1

$ crontab -e
crontab: no crontab for pc_liao - using an empty one
crontab: "/usr/bin/vi" exited with status 1

改用 vim 當 EDITOR

$ EDITOR=vim crontab -e

或是在 bashrc內加上

export EDITOR=/usr/bin/vim
