[武術] [小八極]1400316(日) 週日武術班 week6 柔身六法 八極健身術 小八極 虛步探掌 鬆緊練法
- 早上練拳 柔身六法 與 氣血滾滾 其實好像差不多
- 此套包含 馬步弓捶 為劉老開始教拳時編撰的。
- 講了一個 一緊吸氣 放鬆吐氣的小八極練法，來練習放鬆的與鬆緊。這個練習與養氣還原有異曲同工之妙。

[武術] 2014 03 初春 Note
好久沒有記錄自己的身體狀態，最近那個不一樣的感覺越來越深。
對於一些拳經拳理，不然有一種不通而自通的快感。
原因在於，最近頂頭懸後，發現口水一直冒出來，頭往上頂，可以一直下到屁股尾椎上拉伸感。
古說的，呼吸器官前面走任脈，而神經系統脊柱被後就是走督脈，打通任督二脈，也就會完成小週天的循環。
雙手平行直拉，轉動手指，可以感覺兩側拉伸連到背脊，這可能與鬆肩有關。
雜言幾句，僅供後來研究參考。

[演講]【3/10蓁情時間】孫維新-在大自然中參科學禪-從大地到星空
很久以前就久仰孫維新老師的大名，
也知道他的課程往往是場場爆滿。
這次好不容易親自聽到他的演講，著實收穫不少。
原來孫老師現在接任 台中 科博館的館長。
一開始有介紹一些，科博館的館藏，很慶幸在大學時候，有修過 科博館的課程，還有去觀看一般參觀者不能進入的 館藏室。
告訴我們要培養的是 批判性的思考。
以前他們教育學生，結果學生被教育到只會找標準答案，反而不會問問題了，很多學生可能都覺得只要是問題，我一定可以在某本參考書上找到標準答案。
現在應該培養的是學生相信自己能夠解決問題的能力。
他也提到怎麼做引導的科學教學，怎麼做互動的演示來吸引大家的目光，試著把科學講的更有吸引力。
還提到每個演講都要互動，問問題，因為，不管你問對問錯問題，問錯了你也會記得一輩子，就算被笑笑了，隔壁的人可能兩個禮拜就忘了，可是你能記得一輩子。
孫老師繼續講 植物 他放出了葫蘆的縮時攝影，給大家看植物的生命力。原來，這世界比我們想像的還要奇妙。
在講他們如何與甘肅蘭州借到那些館藏時，也告訴我們要跨大自己的視野，就會發現自己的苗小。
在講關於地質，也提到竹山的新館。
跟我們說明 舊金山 西雅圖 日本是三大地震區，而且都有自己的規律。
藉由觀察就知道舊金山可能已經屆於地震週期了。
西雅圖在1700年的地震，造成了 日本的大海嘯，不過幸好台灣的東岸海溝很深(5000公尺)所以東岸不會發生海嘯，但是 乾隆康熙年間，台北高雄都有發生過。
最後，孫老師跳過了天文這塊，不過在大家熱烈要求下，他又反過來講。
他分析了，宇宙間的時空觀，讓我們知道原來太陽的光在八分鐘我們才看的到，時空的現在觀念，其實是很奇妙的。 你所看到麼某顆星星可能是幾萬幾億光年之前的爆炸。
所以，沈君山校長曾說，我們每個人都是宇宙恆星的組成一部分。
外國人說，我們都是核廢料(氫氦)。
最後的QA他很深動的說明的，所謂的世界末日跟太陽地球的大小與距離。
如果，地球一公分，太陽大概是150公分，他們兩個距離是，150 公尺遠，真的太陽黑子要打到地球的機會又有多高呢。
千萬不要把自己想的有多偉大。
還有如果有星體要撞上地球，應該可以透過幾的月前的星痕看看有沒有通過木星。如果沒有表示並沒有往地球來。
在科學上 我們要一直抱持著懷疑的態度，現在的科學，可能是以後的神話。

昨天看了一個code base 一直出現這個error ，
索性看看用到的lib都裝了阿。
也進去modles.py裡面查看有沒有User這個class，發現也有。
後來直接把 pymongo mongoengine 都給他upgrade一下。
easy_install -upgrade
就可以使用了，猜測是某幾個lib是比較早裝了，可能有新的版修了這些bug。

今天主要先練習了猿猴步 進退步 頂心肘 蟒蛇纏身
頂心肘 蟒蛇纏身 來做單招分解 與左右練法。
日字衝拳 螳螂勾手
八極 單腳負重 一腳當兩腳用 常常很迅速把重心換到另外一腳上，可以藉由熊晃來做練習。
小八極 富含近身短打的應用，而在近身中，是否真的能夠用出來，就在於單招的訓練。
頂心肘
由口令與分解來說，可以分成三個動作，右手微往中線靠，左手前伸，右手在從中伸出手不動整個身體往前擠壓。
有幾個常見解法，
第一手為輔手，為隔擋或微防禦只為稍微改變方向，主要為第二手，第二手伸的出，其實第一手就略顯多餘。
所謂拳打三節不見形，若第二手有開門成功，第三手頂心肘就隨你控制。
步法 是猿猴步 搭配迅速轉腰
